Kids Against Hunger® of Hastings is a nonprofit organization that is supported entirely by the generous donations of people like you. Through the work of our many volunteers, we are able to produce meals to feed starving children for only 23 cents per meal.
Kids Against Hunger® of Hastings is searching for individual and corporate sponsorship to help us further finance our effort to eliminate world hunger. Our Hastings location has no overhead costs due to the generosity of several business and organizations. The Presbyterian Church in Hastings is currently donating our space in the Manual Arts building that they own. Central Logistics of Hastings receives our shipments and stores them until volunteers can transport them to the Hastings satellite. The Orphan Grain Train of Nebraska distributes and ships our completed food packages and covers the shipping costs. Because of this generosity, every penny donated to Kids Against Hunger® of Hastings goes directly towards the purchse of ingredients and supplies to package and ship meals. Kids Against Hunger® of Hastings is also a 501(c)(3) organization which means your contributions are fully tax-deductible to the amount allowed by law.
